The in-lite® EVO HYDE 550 is a multi-function linear light that can be used to create clean, modern lighting effects throughout the garden. The fixture features a Black anodized aluminium casing, giving it a stylish appearance while making it highly resistant to dirt and weather conditions. With a 91° beam angle, it produces a wide beam with a subtle and even light output.
Like the EVO HYDE 180, all products in the EVO range feature high quality, energy efficient LEDs that deliver very natural colours. The integrated diamond cut lens ensures uniform light distribution across the illuminated surface. The EVO HYDE 550 is slightly longer than the EVO HYDE 180, making it better suited to lighting wider staircases, platforms, balustrades and benches. It is best installed beneath an overhang of approximately 50 to 60mm.
Each 12v in-lite® fitting features an LED with a 25,000 hour lifetime, providing long term reliability. When used with the in-lite® system, the fixture is covered by a 5 year warranty. An EASY-LOCK connector is supplied for simple connection to the in-lite® 12v cable, with extension options available if required.
Note: When calculating the total transformer load within an in-lite® system, always use the total VA rating rather than wattage and ensure it does not exceed the capacity of the chosen transformer.
