IN-LITE® BIG NERO NARROW (Ø170mm bezel) - 12v Tilting Recessed Garden Light

The in-lite® BIG NERO NARROW tilting recessed uplighter is a high-performance 12v garden light designed for uplighting very tall trees and vertical landscape features. It produces a powerful, narrow 18° beam of light with an impressive projection distance of up to 14 metres, making it ideal where height and precision are essential.

Unlike the standard NERO, the BIG NERO NARROW features in-lite® Motion technology, allowing the lighting module to be tilted and accurately adjusted using the supplied magnet. This makes it easy to fine-tune the beam direction after installation, ensuring the light is perfectly aimed even on challenging or irregular planting.

Its wide, flat bezel allows for installation into gravel, grass, stone, concrete or wood, providing excellent flexibility across a wide range of outdoor settings. When installed into solid materials, a Ø142mm cut-out is required for a clean, flush finish.

If a lower light output is required, the standard NERO can be used instead. However, it does not include the adjustable tilting module found in the BIG NERO and BIG NERO NARROW fittings.

Each 12v in-lite® fitting is built with a high-quality LED rated for an impressive 25,000-hour lifespan, delivering long-term reliability and consistent performance. When used as part of the in-lite® system, the BIG NERO NARROW is covered by a 5-year warranty. Every fitting is supplied with an EASY-LOCK connector, allowing quick connection anywhere along the in-lite® CBL 12v cable. The cable length between the connector and the light fitting can be extended by up to 3 metres using CBL-EXT CORD extensions.

Note: When designing an in-lite® lighting system, always calculate the total VA load rather than wattage to ensure it remains within the limits of the selected transformer.

Note: Due to the higher VA requirements of the BIG NERO and BIG NERO NARROW, specific installation guidelines apply. Always use 10/2 gauge cable, do not exceed 40 metres of cable length, and observe maximum fixture limits per transformer (up to 4 fittings on HUB-50, 7 on HUB-100, and 11 total or 7 per line on SMART HUB-150).
