The low voltage in-lite® HALO UP/DOWN wall lights are designed to cast light both upward and downward, creating a balanced and architectural lighting effect. Suitable for installation on walls or fences, these elegant yet robust outdoor wall lights produce a wide 85 degree beam from each side of the fitting. The recessed light sources help to minimise glare, resulting in comfortable and visually appealing illumination. in-lite® recommend spacing the HALO UP/DOWN every 2 to 2½ metres at a mounting height of 1.4 to 1.8 metres for optimal results.
Installation is straightforward using the supplied screws and wall plugs, allowing secure mounting on a variety of vertical surfaces. These low voltage garden wall lights are compatible with the in-lite® TOUCH DIMMER wall switch, which offers five brightness levels that can be easily adjusted to suit different atmospheres and lighting needs.
The HALO UP/DOWN fittings are compatible with in-lite® SHUTTER 1 accessories, which clip onto each light source and allow you to adjust the beam angle and lighting effect. As the fixture has two light sources, two SHUTTER accessories are required per fitting. They are also compatible with in-lite® FIT mounting plate accessories, enabling level installation on slanted fences or uneven surfaces. These accessories are designed for use across multiple fittings and may require minimal assembly before installation.
Each 12v in-lite® HALO UP/DOWN wall light features a high quality LED with a lifespan of up to 25,000 hours, ensuring long lasting performance and reliability. When used as part of the in-lite® system, the fittings are covered by a 5 year warranty. Every light is supplied with an EASY-LOCK connector, allowing quick and secure connection anywhere along the in-lite® CBL 12v cable. The distance between the EASY-LOCK connector and the light fitting can be extended by up to 3 metres using CBL-EXT cable extensions, offering added flexibility during installation.
Note: When designing an in-lite® garden lighting system, always calculate the total VA load rather than wattage, as power losses must be taken into account. The combined VA load should not exceed the maximum capacity of the selected transformer.
