IN-LITE® HUB-50 transformer - 12v - 50VA

The in-lite® HUB-50 is a compact and reliable transformer designed for safe, low-voltage 12V garden lighting. Perfect for smaller outdoor lighting installations, it allows simple DIY setup with no need for trenching—just plug in, connect your cable and fittings, and illuminate your garden with confidence.

With a 50VA maximum load, the HUB-50 features two 12V cable outlets that operate together, allowing your garden lights to be powered over distances of up to 80m per line when using 10/2 gauge cable.

The HUB-50 doesn’t just supply power—it also offers smart automatic control. Each unit includes a wired light sensor that detects dusk and switches your garden lighting on automatically. Using the push-button display, you can set how long the lights remain on after sunset, choosing from simple hour-based presets. The sensor can be extended using in-lite® CBL-EXT CORDs, and multiple HUB transformers can share one sensor using the in-lite® SPLITTER.

For added convenience, the HUB-50 supports the optional in-lite® MOVE wired motion detector. Installed at 1.8–2m, it detects movement up to 12m away and can activate lighting for 1, 3 or 9 minutes. The MOVE’s cable can be extended up to 20m with MOVE-EXT CORD 5 extensions.

Rated IP23, the HUB-50 should be installed indoors or under cover. If outdoor mounting is necessary, the HUB PROTECTOR must be used for weather protection. Each unit includes a 2.3m cable with moulded UK plug for use with a waterproof socket, or it may be hardwired by a qualified electrician.
